Executive steps
Submit a draft research plan to the research center (Word file and physical version)
Preliminary review by experts and the head of the center and appointment of judges
Sending the plan to the judges for review and judging (judging form), communicating the judges' opinions to the executors and making the necessary corrections by the executor
Plan in the Research Council of the Center and approval of the plan
Plan in the University Medical Ethics Council if necessary (informed consent form)
Referral to the University Research Council if approved
Concluding a research contract
Payment for equipment and tests according to the approved proposal and if approved by the project supervisor (application form for materials and equipment costs)
Presenting the final report along with the printed articles resulting from the project and the Persian abstract file of the project. The final report, after the approval of the supervisor (supervisor approval form), goes through the first four stages, and if approved, the completed plan is announced and the rest of the approved budget is paid.
