Duties:

• Supervision and coordination between the activities of central libraries and affiliated units and the performance of information centers

Monitoring the comprehensive performance of library and research-oriented software used in centers

• Monitoring, evaluating and completing the websites of affiliated medical libraries and information centers and informing electronic resources and databases

• Obtaining statistics, preparing reports وand monitoring the performance of affiliated units

• Evaluation of how to deploy and update comprehensive information systems and monitor how they are used

• Cooperation and interaction with regional pole universities regarding inter-university cooperation or resource sharing

• Supervising accurate and updated information regarding access to the electronic resources and databases required by the community of health researchers

• Controlling, monitoring and evaluating the performance of information centers of the affiliated units of colleges and hospitals

• Supervising the procedure of services provided and the activities of the compilation and translation committee

• Holding training workshops related to the field of medical information
